UniComm Consulting is committed to bringing the best talent, skills, ideas and capabilities to our clients. To make this possible, UniComm Consulting will engage others in our work when appropriate. UniComm Consulting has both an Alliance Program and an Affiliate Program.
The Alliance Program provides a linkage between UniComm Consulting and other reputable consulting firms known to the UniComm principals. These firms represent a broad range of communications industry expertise, including call center, contact center, self service, voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), IP Telephony, voice mail, unified messaging, voice and data networking, systems integration and testing, and more. The Alliance Program will operate to serve our clients in two ways:
- When a UniComm Consulting client engagement requires skills beyond our specialty in Unified Communications, we are able to reach out to our Alliance Program members to provide the required expertise and services.
- When an Alliance Program member firm requires expertise in Unified Communications, they can call on UniComm Consulting to supplement their firm’s services in order to meet their client’s needs thoroughly.
We believe the Alliance Program will provide both convenience and quality to our clients.
The Affiliate Program provides a linkage between UniComm Consulting and individual consultants who are already specialists in Unified Communications or who seek to grow their expertise and experience in UC. When UniComm Consulting engagements require resources beyond the current team members, we will call on members of the Affiliate Program. Concurrently, consultants who choose to become Affiliate Program members will be able to participate in UniComm Consulting activities to develop and sustain Unified Communications expertise and industry awareness. We believe the Affiliate Program will advance the Unified Communications industry through development of a community of UC industry skills, knowledge and expertise to serve our clients.
