    We provide a variety of education services, including public seminars, speaking at conferences and other events, and programs designed specifically for your company.  Often a strategy, assessment, or implementation project will include an education component – for the internal project team, or for senior management, to help them understand the opportunities and the approach.  While we have existing programs that are generic, we prefer to spend a few days customizing the details to fit your particular situation.

Beyond the services UniComm Consulting provides, we believe our approach to assignments benefits clients as well.  We usually assign a project team for the duration of the assignment.  Team members are selected to include the capabilities that your project requires, and will be comprised of individuals with years of experience working with these issues. 
 
Our core values also encompass how we work with your team.  On most projects, we generally work closely with members of the client’s staff, to share expertise, transfer knowledge, and to help your staff be able to accomplish similar assignments in the future on their own.  Our role can range from being a subject matter expert participating in key meetings, to being an integral part of the core project team, to taking full responsibility for a project direction and conclusion.
